Parking/ Parking lots:

This year we are able to provide you parking lots close to the Tanzbrunnen area (for free, as usual):

Access via the Deutz-Mülheimer Straße through gate F and gate S, please follow the directions of the exhibtion's visitor guidance system ('Messe-Verkehrsleitsystem') saying "Parkplatz Amphi Festival".

These parking lots are accessible for you as follows:
By friday 02:00 a.m. until monday 08:00 a.m.

No carbon emission stickers are needed for the exhibition area or for the access routes to it. The emission controlled zone starts right behind the exhibition area!

Youth protection:

Juveniles above 16 years and under 18 years of age do not have to leave the festival ground until 24:00 o’clock, when they are in company of their parents or a legal guardian! A legal guardian in the reading of the law is: any person above 18 years of age, which, based on an agreement with the legal person entitled to custody, takes care of the respected juvenile. According to this law, those legal guardians have to lay down their title in writing. This means: if your companion is for example your sister, brother, girl- or boyfriend, more than 18 years old, and will take the function as your legal guardian, your parents have to declare their written permission. For a blank form in PDF-Format please follow this link. The form has to be filled out entirely! In connection with your passport and the pass of your companion you are safe to attend the festival until the time stated by your parents!

Cash terminal:

There is a cash terminal available for you in the foyer of the „Theater am Tanzbrunnen“ between 10.00 am and 10:00 pm.

Security:

In the case of problems or unrest please contact the security personnel. Please always follow the instructions of the security guards!

free drinking water:

Festival guests will have free access to clean drinking water.

Liabilities:

Every festival guest is liable for damage caused by him, be it in the festival area or the parking lots!

Medical assistance:

In the case of an emergency there are paramedics at hand. Please inform yourselves of their whereabouts by reading the area map or the festival program!

Animals:

Animals of any kind are not allowed to be brought into the event area!

Wheelchair users:

Wheelchair users can use the large wheelchair accessible ranks on the left side of the stage. Toilets for disabled persons are available!

Fake tickets:

Please do not buy ticket from people on the streets. These tickets might be fakes. People with faked tickets will not gain access to the festival!

Information booth:

As last year we will install an information booth for you somewhere in the area. It will be run by our partner www.dunkel-volk.de . Here you will find for example: general festival information; the festival programs; lost and found; information on ATM machines, pharmacies, time tables for public transport, hotel reservations ; city maps!

WC:

Our festival area does not feature temporary WC solutions, only regular and maintenanced facilities - featuring wash-basins, mirrors, etc.

We provide you with toilets in large numbers - these facilities can be found at the following spots on the festival area!

1. at the entrance of the Theater am Tanzbrunnen
2. to the left of the mains stage
3. at the neighbouring Rheinparkhalle
4. at the beachclub
5. in front of the Rheinparkhalle (container)
6. at the foyer of the Theater near the cash terminal

Food and drinking:

The entire catering for the 'Tanzbrunnen' area is run not by us but by the in-house catering service - the company Rhein Connection GmbH. The Rhein Connection GmbH does not allow the bringing of own food and drinks of any kind to the festival area. All our attempts to allow at least the bringing of tetrapacks were in vain! But we offer the opportunity to our festival guests (daily tickets, too) to leave and return to the area during the openeing hours as they see fit. To make this feasible even the day tickets will be exchanged with festival wristbands! The Rhein Connection GmbH uses a deposit system for glasses and bottles!

Photos / Videorecording:

The following types of cameras are allowed: pocket cameras (digital + analog) as well as analog + digital photo cameras! Video cameras and audio recorders of any kind are not allowed!
Audio- and video-recordings are prohibited - any attempt will be prosecuted!
