Host: Amphi Festival

1. The camping group is part of a natural resort. Setting up tents near the shore of the Rhine and beneath the treetops is prohibited.
   
   The camping ground is a short term camping ground only, reserved for visitors and other people passing through Cologne. It is reserved for visitors of the Amphi Festival in the time of July, from July 20th 04:00 pm till July 23rd 2012 10:00 am – the available space is limited.
   
   Visitors under 18 years of age have to bring a written statement by their parents, that they are allowed to stay here.
   
   
2. Check-in times: see special note. Check-out and leaving the camping ground has to happen until 10 am. Checking out after 10 am will result in that time being treated as another full day on the bill. . (Staying longer than Monday, July, 23rd 2012, is NOT possible – police authority)
   
   The host only provides a place for the tent and restroom facilities including toilets and showers.
   
   
3. The host cannot be made responsible for tents or other belongings brought onto the camping ground by anybody in any case. Every visitor is responsible for his belongings and will be made responsible for any harm or damage he/she causes to other persons, installations or objects, be it in the camping ground or the Cologne youth park (Kölner Jugendpark). He has to announce any damages to the camping ground supervisor immediately.
   
   
4. Camping is only allowed in areas designated as camping area. Every visitor will be given a certain area on the camping ground upon arrival. Please follow the instructions of the camping ground owners and assistants closely.
   
   
   • It ist not allowed to put up pavillon tents on this camping ground!
   • Please make sure that you set up your tent in a way that does not constrain your neighbors or blocks the way to restrooms or other facilities.
   • In the camping ground and in its vicinity everyone has to take special care that the area is kept clean with regard to the other visitors.
   • Open fire is not allowed! For security reason barbecues are not allowed, either!
   • Drinks in glass-bottles or glass-vessels are not allowed on the camping ground due to the high injury risk. Exempted from this are groceries in glass-vessels (like e.g. npugat-cream, marmalade, pickled fruits and vegetable a.s.f. ...).
   • Swimming in the neighboring Rhine river is prohibited!
   • Bringing electricity generators is prohibited!
   • The facilities and all other parts of the area have to be treated with care.
   • Between 10 pm and 7 am everyone is required to respect the sleep of other visitors and keep the silence.
   • It is not allowed to play amplified music.
   • Dogs are not allowed in the camping ground.
   • Vehicles may not be parked in the camping ground.
   
   Before leaving the rented space has to be cleaned and restored to the status it was found in. If this is not the case, the camping ground owner will repair or clean the specific place or will have it clean or repaired by others at the cost of the former customers.
   
   
5. Selling or buying of food or non-food goods on the camping ground is only allowed for the camping ground owner and his assistants. Trading on the camping ground (including food and non-food goods) is strictly prohibited. Bringing food and beverages for your own supply is allowed without any limits of quantity.
   
   
6. Non-registered visitors and others may not enter the not public camping ground, until they have been allowed to do so – e.g. temporarily and limited to certain areas – by the camping ground owner or his assistants.
   
   
7. Any violations of the given rules in this document may result in the specific person having to leave without refunding the fee for the rented camping area.
   
   
8. These terms of use will be displayed everywhere in the camping ground.
